Plot Summary

Yuri Dmitrievich, the governor of the city of N is extremely excited about the upcoming arrival of the investigative committee with an unscheduled inspection. He threatens his colleagues to shoot themselves and kill anyone who dares to enter his office. Suddenly, the governor notices that a completely intelligent-looking stranger is sitting in his office, in a formal suit and polished shoes. It's a damn thing.
